- A flat price with undefined usage limits.
- An export promise that has never been tested outside the platform.
- Governance controls that depend on an undocumented manual process.
Put it in the contract.
Agree the scope of the service, the pricing unit, access to evidence, support responsibilities and the timetable for exit. Name an owner on each side.
